Works to be done:

• Cut of the lawn, the edges and trash pick up
• Clean the leaves of the planters to avoid plagues
• Cut the branches that would be bothering between 2 plant so light can come through
• Clean terraces and corridors
• Trees trimming: olive trees – rubber plant – cypresses- fake peppers, etc.….
• Trim the tall cypresses that surrounds the property
• Trim the decorative cedars
• Trim the nuanced bougainvilleas and others
• Pull the weeds from the paths
• Pulverize the cypresses for woodworms
• Pulverize the lawn for Caterpillar and mushroom
• Pulverize the weeds of the whole yard
• Trim decorative plants
• Check the automatic irrigation

Visitation plan:
> May, June, July, August, September y October: ……..……. 1 visit / weekly
> November, December, January, February,
March and April ……..……. 1 visit every 2 weeks

Note: In the case of Community of property owners or house that are rented in summer season the visitation plan is increased, adapting to the needs of the installation and use.
